Ingredients
2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. sugar
½ cup butter, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. lemon zest
4 eggs
1/3 cup strawberry pie filling, blended
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 6 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Gently drop small spoonfuls of strawberry pie filling over batter; swirl gently with a knife.
  4. Bake 55 min. or until center of cheesecake is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
  5. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hrs. Top with COOL WHIP just before serving.
